The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering expert services including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency claimed it's alarmed with regard to the higher variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office dedicated to service the area every day. The services stage produced for intervention experiences a high inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it difficult with the Workplace to status sassa attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more resources to empower the servicing of all buyers and improve usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
